accessing or using the Learn Africa platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do
not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These
Terms govern all users, including students, parents, guardians, teachers,
affiliates, and any other persons accessing the platform or its services.

2. About Learn Africa

Learn
Africa is an educational technology platform owned and operated by AddNet
Technology Ltd. It provides curriculum-aligned digital learning content
for students in:

• Primary (Basic 1–6)


• Junior High School (JHS 1–3)


• Senior High School (SHS 1–3)

The
platform offers Ghana Education Service (GES)-approved content, as well
as Cambridge-aligned materials, all created by experienced Ghanaian
educators. Students access content via mobile app, web, and specially-designed
educational tablets, enabling access even in underserved or rural areas.

3. Eligibility & Account Usage

To use
Learn Africa:

• Primary-level learners
  (under 13)
  must have an account created or managed by a parent or legal guardian.


• Users agree to provide accurate
  and up-to-date information during registration.


• Users are responsible for
  keeping account credentials secure.


• AddNet Technology Ltd
  reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these
  Terms.

4. Content Usage & Licensing

All
educational content, videos, lessons, documents, images, and assessments on the
platform are the intellectual property of AddNet Technology Ltd or its
licensed contributors.

By using
the Platform, you agree:

• Not to reproduce, resell,
  distribute, or publicly display any content without written permission.


• To use all materials for personal,
  non-commercial educational purposes only.

5. Pricing, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Access to certain content or
  features may require a one-time payment or subscription.


• All pricing and discount
  details are clearly displayed before purchase.


• Refunds are only provided
  under specific conditions, such as technical errors or duplicate charges,
  and are subject to review.


• Users are encouraged to
  review the refund policy before purchasing.

6. Affiliate Program

Learn
Africa offers an optional affiliate program. By participating, you agree to the
following:

• You will receive a unique
  referral link after activation.


• A fixed bonus is
  awarded when someone registers through your link and activates their
  account.


• You earn commissions
  on purchases made by your referred users.


• All rewards are credited to
  your in-platform wallet.


• Abuse of the system (e.g.,
  self-referrals, fake accounts) may lead to suspension and forfeiture of
  earnings.

7. Platform Access & Availability

We aim to
provide continuous access to the Platform, but availability may be affected by:

• Scheduled maintenance or
  updates


• Technical issues beyond our
  control


• Device compatibility

AddNet
Technology Ltd is not liable for service interruptions but will communicate
major downtimes in advance where possible.

8. User-Generated Content

Users may
interact with the platform through comments, questions, or content uploads
(e.g., assignments).

By
submitting content, you:

• Confirm that the content is
  original and does not infringe on others' rights.


• Grant AddNet Technology Ltd
  a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, share, or display the
  content.


• Agree not to upload harmful,
  illegal, or offensive material.

We
reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

9. Devices & Technical Requirements

• The platform is compatible
  with smartphones, tablets, and web browsers.


• AddNet educational tablets
  come preloaded with the platform for offline or low-bandwidth use.


• Users are responsible for
  ensuring they have internet access and compatible devices unless using an
  official AddNet device.

10. Parental Consent & Child Privacy

For users
under the age of 13 (Basic 1–6):

• A parent or legal guardian
  must register the account and provide supervision.


• We do not knowingly collect
  personal data from children without parental consent.


• Parents may contact us to
  review, manage, or delete their child’s account or data.

11. Intellectual Property

All
branding, platform design, code, and educational materials are the property of AddNet
Technology Ltd and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and
intellectual property laws.

12. Termination of Use

We
reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable access to any user who:

• Violates these Terms


• Misuses the content or
  system


• Engages in fraudulent or
  harmful activity

In such
cases, any associated wallet balances or access rights may be forfeited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the
fullest extent permitted by law, AddNet Technology Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or
  consequential damages


• Loss of data, earnings, or
  academic results


• Service interruptions or
  content inaccuracies

Use of
the platform is at your own risk.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may
update these Terms periodically. If changes are made, users will be notified
via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use after updates constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These
Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes
arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent
jurisdiction within Ghana.
